Almost certainly, yes. These backs are made for the 0.8 mm post used on the great majority of stud earrings, and the opening takes both kinds of post:
- Push back posts — the plain smooth post on most studs. The back grips the post by friction and slides on and off.
- Screw back posts — the threaded post found on finer studs. The back turns onto the thread and holds without you needing the matching original back.
How to check your own pair. Look at the post end-on. If it is roughly as thick as a strand of uncooked spaghetti, it is a standard post and these will fit. If the post is visibly heavier — some antique, industrial and body-jewelry posts are 1 mm or thicker — these will not go on, and you would need a back sized to that post.

We make this back in two shapes. They fit the same posts — the difference is what sits behind your ear.
Saucer — a wide 6 mm disc, 5.1 mm tall. The broad pad spreads the weight of the earring across the back of the lobe, which is what stops a heavier stud or a small hoop from tipping forward by the end of the day. This is the one to choose if your studs droop, or if the piercing has stretched a little over the years.
Tube — a compact 4.3 mm cylinder, 4.3 mm tall, about 1.27 g for the pair. Low profile and light, it disappears behind the ear and never catches on a collar, a scarf or a pillow. This is the one for light everyday studs and for anyone who dislikes feeling the back at all.
Many customers keep both: saucers for the heavier pairs, tubes for everything else.
Stainless steel is the right metal for a piece that lives against the skin all day. It will not rust, it will not tarnish, and it holds its grip on the post far longer than a soft back that opens up with use. Every pair is nickel-free and lead-free, so it is safe for sensitive ears.
Care. Wipe the backs with a soft dry cloth now and then to lift off skin oils, which is what dulls a finish over time. If they need more, warm water with a drop of mild soap, then dry them completely before storing. Skip ultrasonic cleaners and polishing compounds — those are made for solid metal and will cut into the plating.
Put your earrings on after lotion, perfume and hairspray have dried, and take them off before swimming or sitting in a hot tub.
